Important points to be aware of:
- All plans involve an initial first visit and safety inspection to ensure that your boiler is already fit and healthy before being able to sign up to any plan.
- * Limited to 3 call outs a year.
- ** This includes up to 3 hours to repair your boiler per call out. Additional time is charged at £80+VAT per hour.
- *** This includes up to 3 hours to repair your boiler and/or heating hot water system per call out. Additional time is charged at £80+VAT per hour.
- **** Exclusions apply – District heating networks are excluded from the Gold Plan.
- Cost of parts required to repair any breakdowns are not included in any plan – parts are competitively priced and the best price sourced.
