Important points to be aware of:

  • All plans involve an initial first visit and safety inspection to ensure that your boiler is already fit and healthy before being able to sign up to any plan.
  • * Nest removal not included.
  • ** Limited to 3 call outs a year.
  • *** This includes up to 3 hours to repair your boiler per call out.  Additional time is charged at £80+VAT per hour.  
  • **** This includes up to 3 hours to repair your boiler and/or heating hot water system per call out.  Additional time is charged at £80+VAT per hour.
  • Cost of parts required to repair any breakdowns are not included in any plan – parts are competitively priced and the best price sourced.
